"Big Country Music Giveaway" Promotion – January 2026
Terms and Conditions of Entry
 

  1. The "Big Country Music Giveaway" ("Promotion") is run by Tamworth Tenpins and More together with 88.9FM ("Promoters").

  2. The "Promotion" Prize will be an ultimate country weekend to Country Music Channel (CMC) Rocks Queensland 2026, scheduled to take place Friday, March 20th, to Sunday, March 22nd, 2026. The "Promotion" prize includes 2 x 3-Day passes to CMC Rocks QLD 2026 and Campsite with Tent Accommodation*.

Note: Travel and transportation to and from Willowbank Raceway, Ipswich, QLD, are not included in the prize. The winner and their guest are responsible for all transport arrangements and costs.**

  1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Entry are ineligible, and the Promoters reserve their absolute right to disqualify any entry in the Promotion if the entry does not fully comply with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

  2. Publicity for the "Promotion" will commence on Monday, January 12th, 2026.

  3. The "Promotion" will end on Wednesday, January 28th, at 10:00 p.m.

  4. There will be one (1) draw, which will take place on Thursday, January 29th, at 10:00 a.m.

  5. The winner will be announced on the Tamworth Tenpins and More Facebook Page and contacted via email and phone. This may also be posted on 88.9's social media and website.

  6. The winner is required to make contact within seven (7) days, or a re-draw may take place.

  7. The "Promotion" (subject to these Terms and Conditions of Entry):

    1. Entrants in the Promotion must be 18 years or older.

    2. Subject to the above requirements, entry into the Promotion occurs when an individual completes the Promotion Entry Form, and all entry details are completed and includes a receipt of a single purchase of $50 or more in one (1) transaction during the promotional period.

  8. One ticket (entry) will be drawn from a barrel on Thursday, January 29th, at approximately 10:00 a.m. The name of the entrant of the winning ticket will be announced on Facebook and contacted by email and phone. The winner will be required to produce proof of identity.

  9. The draw will be conducted under the supervision of an Independent Person, defined as an individual who:

    1. Has no involvement in the management, conduct, or organisation of this Promotion, other than overseeing the integrity of the draw;

    2. Is not an employee, director, or contractor of the Promoters, their agencies, or any associated parent or subsidiary companies; and

    3. Maintains no personal, commercial, or familial relationship with the Promoters that could compromise their objectivity or create a conflict of interest.

  10. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

  11. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and all entries deemed by the Promoters to provide incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoters, be deemed invalid.

  12. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of entry.

  13. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

  14. The prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or for resale.

  15. If for whatever reason the specified prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value.

  16. The Promoters may use any personal information that an entrant has provided to it as part of the Promotion for the purpose of running the Promotion, and in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion.

  17. For purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoters will only publish the winner's first name and surname.

* The tent is provided as accommodation for the duration of the event and is not included as a prize item for the winner to keep after the event concludes.

** Transport Exclusion: This prize does not include flights, fuel, car rental, transfers, or any other travel-related expenses. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to make their own way to the event venue in Queensland.
