Terms & Conditions

• Name and phone number must be provided to receive a Gold Club Card. Incorrect phone number may result in staff not being able to find your correct details and any money and tickets on card being lost.

  We do not accept responsibility for any lost money or tickets.

• To replace a lost Gold Club Card, a fee of $5.00 will be payable.

• For discounted bowling games, card must be present and shown to staff to receive discounted games. We do not accept images of the card.

• We do allow multiple people to receive the same discounted rate as card holder, however the full amount must be paid in one transaction by the cardholder. If paying separately, Card holder will receive discounted rate and companions will need to pay full price rate.
